The HMT-S5 is the ideal complement to our product line for separating carbide, HSS and ceramic for smaller batches and special applications. It has a modular design, and provides various options for tailoring the machine specifically to the requirements of our customers. A great advantage is that the best tried-and-tested P&S separation technology is installed in all variants.
Technical Specifications
- Insert the blank by hand into the prism
- Bars measuring Ø 1 mm - Ø 40 mm
- Bar length max. 500 mm, cutting length of min. 5 mm - max. 490 mm (one-sided)
- Adjust the length stop using the handwheel via a display
- Close the protective door and start the machine
- The blank is separated, and the machine moves to the home position
- Manually insert the blanks into the magazine (19 units)
- Bars measuring Ø 1 mm - Ø 21 mm (Ø 21 - Ø 40 without magazine operation)
- Bar length max. 500 mm, cutting length of min. 5 mm - max. 490 mm (one-sided) depending on output
- Enter the length and number of units required on the touch screen
- Servo X-axis positions the bar automatically
- Close the protective door and start the machine
- Once the specified job has been completed, the machine moves to the home position
