The P&S step loader ensures reliable singulation and automated feeding or unloading of round bars with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. Additional geometries are also available on request.

Thanks to various transfer options, the SL-25 can be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, the separated bars can be transferred to the next process step by a conveyor belt, pusher axis, by robot or a customer-specific transfer solution. In combination with an unloading step feeder a continuous material flow can be achieved. This allows the SL-25 to be seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems, production cells or inspection systems.
