The HMT-S15 is the standard machine in our product line for separating carbide and HSS. The production area lies between Ø 3 mm and Ø 40 mm. With a large and easy-to-load magazine, it is ideal for medium to large quantities. The proven P&S separation technology is installed.
Technical Specifications
Loading and separation
- Manually insert the blanks into the magazine
- Diameter range from Ø 3 mm to Ø 40 mm
- Bar length max. 500 mm, sawing length of min. 5 mm - max. 490 mm (one-sided)
- Enter the length and number of units required on the touch screen
- Close the protective door and start the machine
Separationg
- The blank is positioned with the servo-driven axle
- Safe and secure grip via the hardened the prismatic guide and double-sided bar clamping
- Optimal separation via the variable separating feed
Removal
- Once the separation process is complete, the separated blank is rolled off into a conveyor
- The bars are conveyed into the removal area via the conveyor
- Once the specified job has been completed, the machine moves to the home position
