The HMT-S15 is the standard machine in our product line for separating carbide and HSS. Its production range is Ø 3–40 mm. With a large, easy-to-load magazine, it is ideal for medium to large production runs. It features proven P&S separation technology.

Loading and separation

• Manually insert the blanks into the magazine.
• Diameter range: Ø 3–40 mm
• Bar length: max. 500 mm
• Cutting length: min. 5 mm – max. 490 mm (one-sided)
• Enter the required length and quantity on the touchscreen.
• Close the protective door and start the machine.

Separation

• The blank is positioned by the servo-driven axis.
• The hardened prism guide and double-sided bar clamping hold the bar securely.
• The variable separation feed delivers optimal cutting.

Removal

• After separation, the blank rolls onto a conveyor.
• The conveyor transports the bars to the removal area.
• Once the specified job is complete, the machine returns to its home position.
