Company founded in the incubator in Roding.
Company founders Max Stahl and Walter Peter.

1997
Started apprenticeships with one trainee.
1998
Start of the training activity with an apprentice.

2000
Move into own company building in Cham, with 14 employees.
2004
Delivery of the first carbide separating machine. Development time: 8 months.

Moved into extension with 41 employees.
The newly built electroplating plant started production. Exhibited at the Grind Tec in Augsburg for the first time.

Invested in a storage system with PPS connection.

Construction of an assembly hall is concluded. About 80 employees.

Move into new building with focus on manufacturing and distribution of carbide production machines.
Modernisation of production. Doubling of electroplating.

100 people work at P&S Maschinenbau.

Expansion into new markets with our separation technology by focusing on machine automation and strengthening international after-sales service.

Completion of extensive investments in production, particularly in the area of automated manufacturing.

Establishment of a research and development department.

Completion and move-in of an extension building with office space for the production department.

Departure of Managing Partner Walter Peter and the addition of Philipp Stahl to the company and its management team
