The HMT-Basic enables high-precision machining of carbide and other extremely hard materials while delivering increased efficiency and process reliability. Optimised mounting of the cutting axis and an improved cooling system achieve significantly higher cutting quality. The newly designed chain-driven bar magazine ensures reliable, contamination-resistant feeding. An integrated sharpening stone magazine enables long, uninterrupted operating times and reduces downtime.
The modular design, featuring separate working and clean areas, increases ease of maintenance and extends the service life of the components. The machine has also been designed with resource efficiency and user-friendliness in mind.
