The P&S Universal Step Loader USL-25 ensures reliable singulation and automatic feeding and discharge of round bars with diameters ranging from2 mm to 25 mm. Other geometries are also available upon request.

Thanks to various transfer options, the USL-25 can be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. The separated bars can be transferred to the subsequent process via conveyor belt, push axis or a customer-specific transfer solution, depending on the application. Material infeed and outfeed are flow-optimized and handled at a central interface. This allows the USL-25 to be seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems, manufacturing cells, or inspection systems.
