The HMT-S1200 is a separating machine for separating HSS and carbide for medium-sized batches and lengths up to 1200 mm. The machine is based on the HMT-S5 product line with the best tried-and-tested P&S separation technology.
Technical Specifications
Loading and separating
- Manually insert blanks into the magazine (Ø 2 mm - Ø 20 mm)
- Diameter range measuring Ø 2 mm - Ø 40 mm
- Bar length max. 1,200 mm, sawing length of min. 5 mm - max. 1190 mm (one-sided)
- Enter the length and number of units required on the touch screen
- Close the protective door and start the machine
- A bar is automatically lifted into the prism, then positioned and separated
